The Oro Monte community master plan details 28 tiered lots with their respective model home plan that may be built on the property. Additionally the community will share a recreational area, pool, club house, children’s play area and park.

Prices shown are net to the seller. Buyers may purchase homes directly or retain a sales agent. Prices shown are effective as of October, 2015 and are subject to 3% escalation in January of each year.

ORO MONTE PAYMENT SCHEDULE

1 25% Upon Commitment to Purchase
2 25% Start of Construction
3 25% Building Under Roof
4 15% Completion of Construction (Notice by Builder)
5 10% At Closing

 

In the event Buyer notifies Seller that construction should be placed on hold, the Buyer has a maximum of six (6) months from the date of Buyer’s notice to resume the construction schedule then in effect. Buyer forfeits all payments made to the date of notice of construction suspension if notice is not received from Buyer within the six-month allowable suspension period. Buyer is also subject to annual price escalation if suspension of work extends beyond three (3) months.
